Please note this block of classes may be used for any of my available group classes, however, it is only valid for 12 weeks so please do not skip more than two classes.

Also, there is a minimum of 24hr cancellation/reschedule policy should you need to change a booking.

This monthly package will allow you to meet with me weekly including 4 x 40min private lessons. The four sessions need to be used within the calendar month.

Yoga is a beautiful practice that guides you within exploring who you really are and what lights you up.

Learning with a professional teacher will ensure your practice begins safely and specifically focused on your individual needs. Each lesson will move at a pace that is right for you.
